By Road: Karmatang Beach is around 240 kilometers from Port Blair by road. Regular bus services, both government and private, are available from Port Blair to Diglipur via the Andaman Trunk Road (ATR). From Mayabunder, a 20-minute cab ride will take you to the beach.

By Sea: Ships and ferries ply regularly from Port Blair to Mayabunder. From Mayabunder, you can hire a cab to reach the beach.
