Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
First installment: 50% of the package amount on the day of confirmation.
Second installment: 50% of the before a week of arrival.
No cancellation Charge will charge If the booking gets cancelled before the 30 days of arrival date.
50% of the package amount will charge if the booking gets cancelled in between 30-20 days of arrival date.
100% of the package amount will charge if the booking gets cancelled within 20 days of arrival date.
Cruise & Ferry
Cancellations of the Cruise Booking are strictly governed as per the cancellation policies of respective cruise operators.
In case of ferry cancellation and schedule changes, RSR Tours & Travels is not liable for any losses or wastage of time.
In case private ferry tickets cannot be booked the ticket will be transferred to Govt. ferries. In this case, the excess amount will be refunded.
In case no Govt. ferries are available for the tour dates, the tour will be rescheduled or may change to some other destination in Andaman Islands, based on convenience and the amount paid.
Excess amount left after rescheduling or itinerary change will be refunded.
In case the reschedule or change of destination requires additional money, the traveler will have the choice to either go forward with it and pay this excess amount or choose a suitable itinerary that fits their budget.
Cancellations of the Hotel Booking are strictly governed as per the cancellation policies of respective Hotel Management.
All refunds will be provided in case of tour cancellation.
All refunds due to tour cancellation is subject to refund from third party providers whose services we use.
The refund will only be initiated when RSR Tours & Travels receives a full refund from the above providers.
In case of partial refund from the providers mentioned above, the same amount will be refunded over to the traveler.
Rest of the amount will be refunded as RSR Tours & Travels receives it from the providers.
Until RSR Tours & Travels receives refund from the above mentioned providers, the traveler cannot force, harass, or claim their refund.
These terms also apply to the traveler in case of early cancellation, delays, or any situation arising due to the COVID-19, including lockdown of Andaman in full or some locations.
Convenience fee charged is non-refundable.
